Semi-bluff
A bet with a drawing hand that is probably behind now but can improve to the best hand.
Also: semi-bluffing
Semi-bluffs are strong plays because they have two ways to win: your opponent folds right away, or you hit your draw. Flush draws and open-ended straight draws are classic semi-bluffing hands.
