These terms apply to your use of pokerlevelup.com (“the site”), operated by PokerLevelUp (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. Educational content only

Everything on the site — tutorials, quizzes, tools, articles and videos — is for education and entertainment. It is not financial, legal or professional advice. Poker involves chance, and nothing on the site guarantees any result. You are responsible for your own decisions at the table.

2. No gambling services

PokerLevelUp does not operate poker games, accept wagers, hold player funds or hold a gambling licence. We make no claims about the licensing of any third party.

3. Age and legality

Our learning content is open to everyone. Pages that link to real-money play are intended only for people aged 18+ (or the legal age where they live, if higher). It is your responsibility to check that online poker is legal where you live before using any third-party service.

4. Partners and third-party links

The site links to independent partner clubs, apps and other websites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, services, availability or conduct. Their own terms and policies apply. We may receive a commission when you join a partner through our links.

5. Tools and accuracy

We work hard to make our tools and content accurate, but we can’t guarantee they are free of errors. Tools are provided “as is”. Data you enter into browser-based tools (such as the bankroll tracker) is stored on your device, and you are responsible for backing it up.

6. Intellectual property

The PokerLevelUp name, logo, lessons, graphics and code are our property or used under licence. You may share links and short quotes with attribution. Please don’t copy or republish substantial parts of the site without written permission.

7. Premium content

If we offer paid courses, coaching or premium lessons, additional terms will be shown before purchase.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, from third-party services linked from it, or from gambling decisions you make. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
