Short version: your learning progress stays in your browser, analytics only run if you say yes, and we never sell your data.

Who we are
PokerLevelUp (pokerlevelup.com) is an independent poker learning website. Contact: hello@pokerlevelup.com.
Data stored in your browser
Your lesson progress, quiz results, badges, placement result, bankroll sessions, saved ranges, age confirmation, cookie choice and any referral code you arrived with are stored in your browser’s local storage. This data stays on your device — it is not sent to us. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data, or with “Reset my progress” on the Levels page.
Analytics
We currently don’t use analytics. If that changes, analytics will only run after you give consent.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is processed by our email provider solely to send you the newsletter. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Contact messages
If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply and keep a record of our correspondence.
Partner links
When you click a partner link, you leave our site. The partner’s own privacy policy applies. A referral code may be included in the link so the partner knows you came from us; we don’t receive your personal information from partners.
Hosting
Our hosting provider may process standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data. Contact us and we’ll help. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Our learning content is general-interest. Pages about real-money play are for adults only (18+).
